120 micron 304 stainless steel woven wire mesh for water filter

In Twilled Woven Wire Mesh, the weft and warp threads intersect at the top and bottom, and the intersection of the warp threads is reversed at a determined distance to obtain a rigid, stable and strong type of wire mesh fabric.
Crossed twill wire mesh is a fundamental component in the production of filters, food colanders, chemicals, shielding, mosquito nets, etc.

Wire:
Stainless steel wire: Aisi 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 314, 410, 430.
Also available in carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, brass, phosphor bronze and other metal twill weave mesh.

Plain weave is a commonly used weaving method. The warp threads defining the length of the wire mesh and the weft are parallel to the width, intersect each other, alternate one at the top and below, forming a 90° angle between each other.
The solid woven wire mesh can have a square or rectangular opening.
