Description of nylon mesh bag
Nylon is a generic name for a range of synthetic polymers, more specifically aliphatic or semi-aromatic polyamides. They can be melt processed into fibers, films or shapes. The first example of nylon (nylon 6,6) was produced on February 28, 1935 by DuPont's Wallace Carothers at the DuPont Experimental Station's research facility. Nylon polymers find important commercial applications in fibers (clothing, flooring and rubber reinforcements), shapes (molded parts for automotive, electrical equipment, etc.) and films (mainly used for food packaging)
